The Fear Project, Volume One is an excavation of everything that makes us tick and time tock. It even includes the fear of time itself. Every page is a trigger, a thought to ground in and reflect on, a feeling, a phobia to be shared and indulged in, instead of avoided.
 
This short collection of 41 poems brims—brightly and darkly—with necessary illumination and clear confrontation of the presence of fears bringing inevitable enlightenment. It is written in hopes that the intentional acknowledgement and exploration leads us to accepting and embracing oneness with all that haunts us.
